Comenius’s central housing page routes all price questions to the individual hall’s office; this is the price list Mlyny UK itself publishes under Cenníky > Cenník ŠTUDENTI. IMPORTANT: the figures are the second, later column of a two-column table, “celková cena na osobu za ubytovanie na miesac v € od 1. 1. 2024” — that is the most recent student rate Mlyny UK publishes, and it is over two years old, so treat it as a floor rather than a current quotation.

The same price list covers Mlyny UK’s other buildings on the same per-person-per-month basis: the Ľ. Štúra tower blocks (bunkový systém, bathroom shared within the cell) run 82 to 123 € depending on floor and whether the room and core have been renovated, with wheelchair-accessible two-bed rooms at 121 €; and the Manželské internáty (married students’ halls) run 121 to 174 €. A separate 14,00 eur/noc rate applies for up to two nights around a state examination or thesis defence. Comenius University’s own uniba.sk housing pages carry no prices at all and say explicitly that questions about summer accommodation, prices and rent payments should go directly to the accommodation department of the particular hall, which is why the figure is cited to the hall’s own site. Družba UK, Comenius’s second hall, publishes its own price list separately on druzba.uniba.sk.
