EIU's own on-campus dormitory — 704 rooms and 75 booths for more than 2,000 students, split into a Standard Residence Area and a fully furnished, air-conditioned International Residence Area. The two figures are the rates the university publishes for Vietnamese students; it states no separate rate for international students.

Fees are collected per room, so students sharing arrange the split between themselves. Every resident gets a bed, study desk and personal wardrobe, and every room has a private bathroom; parking is free for residents. The university states the dormitory fee does NOT cover electricity, water or internet, which are billed on actual usage — internet packages at the dormitory are 180,000 VND or 230,000 VND, plus a 300,000 VND installation fee and a deposit of two months' usage. Standard Area rooms include corridor cleaning and security only; International Area rooms add internet access and room cleaning. The dormitory also has a gym/yoga room, a game room and an aerobics room.
