Its 2026-2027 schedule for newly registered international students prints four columns headed 60%, 65%, 70% and 75% SCHOLARSHIP, and the amount recorded here is the Faculty of Engineering row under the 60% column — the LOWEST scholarship band EMU publishes, i.e. the most an international student on this schedule would pay. A student awarded a larger scholarship pays USD 6,100, 5,400 or 4,700 instead. EMU states separately that all international undergraduates are considered to hold a 50% scholarship on admission. Software Engineering is run by the Department of Computer Engineering inside the Faculty of Engineering, which is why the Engineering row applies rather than the cheaper Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences row.
