From the College of Computing and Information Sciences' (CoCIS) own Fees Structure page, under "Duration of Programme and Tuition fees per year" -- the table header explicitly labels this a per-year figure. Cross-checked against Makerere's university-wide "Undergraduate Programmes Fees Structure 2024-2025AY" PDF, which lists the identical amount (UGX 3,840,209) for this same programme but labels its column "per Semester" instead -- an inconsistency between the two of Makerere's own published sources that could not be resolved from either document, so the CoCIS page's own year-based label is followed here since it is the more specific, department-maintained source and its own text is unambiguous about the period. Separate from tuition, the same CoCIS page lists smaller "Functional Fees" (~UGX 1,516,253 for Semester One, UGX 132,250 for Semester Two, international) as an additional per-semester charge on top of tuition.
