A five months' deposit is required for a block-type room, and after the first payment the rent is paid per semester. The dormitory is in five-storey buildings with rooms for two or three people; each room has a refrigerator and internet access, and each floor has a dining room with a microwave oven, electric kettles and a washing machine, plus an ironing board. Places are allocated from a priority list generated by the date and time of the online application.
