Studentski centar Beograd student halls, at the non-subsidised rate (тржишно економска цена / market economic price) for a Category I room — the University of Belgrade owns no halls and its own smeštaj-za-studente page presents Ustanova Studentski centar „Beograd” as the institution providing student accommodation, listing all fourteen halls with their addresses. The Ministry of Education sets the separate, much lower budget price, which the page says applies to students financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia.

Two prices exist for every room. The буџетска цена (budget price) is set by the Ministry of Education for students financed from the Republic of Serbia’s budget and runs, in the same Category I table, from 2.390,00 din for a five-bed room to 3.190,00 din for a single; the page states that across all Belgrade halls the budget price ranges from 1.300,00 to 3.190,00 dinars a month depending on room category and how many students share it. The тржишно економска цена recorded above is the non-subsidised rate. The table is headed “Одлука о утврђивању цена услуга октобар 2025” (price decision of October 2025). Only Category I rows appear in the page’s HTML; Categories II, III and IV are collapsed accordions and are cheaper, so this record is the top of the range, not the middle. Studentski centar Beograd runs fourteen halls across six Belgrade municipalities housing about 10,500 students, 60% of the places being first-category rooms, plus fourteen student restaurants serving about 20,000 meals a day. Rent is due by the 10th of the month for that month.
