UOW's own 'International Course fees table' for this program (Wollongong campus, on-campus delivery) gives a per-session fee of AUD 21,408 for 2026, and separately states an indicative total course fee of AUD 128,448 for 2026 (a normal-progression 3-year, 6-session Bachelor of Computer Science). UOW University Excellence Scholarship
A 30% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of an eligible course. An unlimited number are available and no application is required — students are considered automatically.
Eligibility: Open to international students enrolling in a UOW undergraduate course at an Australian campus in 2027 or later, who have outstanding results in one of four approved pathways: Australian Year 12 (ATAR) or an approved equivalent international senior secondary qualification; a Foundation Studies program approved for direct entry to a UOW Bachelor degree; a diploma or academic pathway program credit transfer from an institution with a formal UOW agreement; or an academic program (including a Bachelor degree) approved for admission. Recipients must not hold another scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount for the same course.
Recorded as merit because UOW's own eligibility test for this award is qualitative academic achievement — "have outstanding results" in one of the listed pathways — and the award is automatic and unlimited, so academic results are the only thing separating a recipient from a non-recipient. No financial circumstances are considered. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50; WAM is UOW's own internal scale, so it is not recorded as a percentage bar. UOW states this scholarship is issued to eligible students with offers from 12 June 2026, for students commencing in 2027 and beyond. UOW excludes a list of degrees from this award — Bachelor of Psychological Science among them — so it is not attached to UOW's Bachelor of Psychological Science here.

UOW Future Leaders Scholarship
A 100% tuition fee reduction for up to 4 years.
Eligibility: For international students completing Year 12 (or equivalent) in 2026, aged 18 at commencement, holding an offer for an eligible UOW undergraduate degree at an Australian campus. UOW's stated selection criteria require outstanding academic results (75+ WAM or equivalent), a comprehensive CV detailing extracurricular or leadership activities, and a one-page personal statement addressing key achievement, leadership and community activities. Shortlisted applicants may be asked for references. Recipients must not hold another scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount for the same course.
UOW publishes these requirements under an explicit "Selection criteria" heading and they are entirely about academic results, leadership and community activity — no financial circumstances are assessed — so the basis is merit rather than both. A limited number are available. At the time of collection UOW's page stated "Applications are currently closed for the UOW Future Leaders Scholarship" for the Spring 2026 round; this is an annually offered award and the page remains the university's own published description of it. The 75+ WAM bar is on UOW's internal Weighted Average Mark scale rather than a plain percentage, so it is stated in prose only.

UOW Country Scholarship
A 20% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of an eligible course.
Eligibility: Automatic for citizens of Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, China Mainland, Colombia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe who meet the citizenship requirement at the time of application and enrol in an eligible UOW undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at an Australian campus commencing in 2027 or later. Recipients must not hold another scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount for the same course.
No application is required — the scholarship is granted automatically with an eligible course offer. Because it turns entirely on citizenship and enrolment, UOW makes no claim about academic merit or financial need in deciding it, so basis is left unset. UOW states it is issued to eligible students with offers made from 12 June 2026, for students commencing in 2027 and beyond. UOW's exclusion list for this award covers Bachelor of Psychological Science, so it is not attached to that program here.

UOW Humanitarian Scholarship
A 30% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree. Ten scholarships are available.
Eligibility: For students holding a temporary protection, humanitarian or safe haven visa, or a bridging visa with a pending protection visa application — specifically subclasses 449, 785, 786, 790, Bridging Visa A (010) with a protection visa/asylum application made, or Bridging Visa E (030 or 051) with a protection visa/asylum application made. Applicants must not be eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Place or assistance, must maintain enrolment at an Australian onshore UOW campus, and must be enrolled or hold an offer to commence at UOW in 2027. An expression of interest confirming eligibility must be submitted.
Basis deliberately left unset. UOW frames eligibility entirely around visa status and ineligibility for Commonwealth support, and never states that financial need, income or hardship is assessed — so recording this as need-based would be an inference rather than something the university claims. Applications are assessed until the allocation limit is reached. Students who transfer course lose the scholarship. UOW's exclusion list for this award covers Bachelor of Psychological Science, so it is not attached to that program here.
