BND 40,000 total for the course

UTB publishes this figure without stating which year it applies to, so it may already be out of date. Treat it as a starting point and check the course page for the current rate. Flag it below if you know it has changed.
From UTB's "Undergraduate Degree Fees for International Student" table — fees are per whole programme, not per year. UTB's fee page states no academic year, academic session or other validity period anywhere on it.

UTB publishes this as a fee for the whole programme, not a yearly rate: its table's own column heading is "Fees Per Programme" and the duration column reads "(4 years)", which works out at BND 10,000 a year over the four-year degree. Two limits on how far this figure can be trusted, both disclosed rather than smoothed over. (1) UTB's fee page states no academic year, academic session or any other validity period anywhere on it, so this project cannot record it as a dated tuition figure — it is kept here as cost context instead, exactly as it is published. (2) Some programme names in that fee table no longer match UTB's current programme pages (the table still lists "Internet Computing", spells Mechatronic Engineering as "Mechtronic", and names Information Security as "Computer and Information Security"), which suggests the table has not been revised as recently as the programme pages. Brunei citizens and permanent residents pay BND 16,000 for the same programme. UTB also requires an advance payment of one semester's fee (50% of the academic year fee) to confirm acceptance of an offer.
