This covers women only. The same page states plainly that the university has no men's dormitory and refers male students to two commercial operators nearby, Konforist and Gen House, without pricing either. The women's dormitory has 69 beds in three room types - three-person, two-person and a single accessible room - each with its own shower and toilet, wardrobe, mini fridge, study desk with bunk bed and internet; there is a laundry and ironing room and a shared kitchen on the lower ground floor, professional cleaning and 24/7 security. Kadir Has students can also apply to Turkey's state KYK dormitories, which the university's own impact page describes as costing between 345 and 570 Turkish Lira a month including breakfast.

The university states the accommodation fee is room plus breakfast. Rooms have their own bathroom and toilet with 24-hour hot water, bed, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, mini fridge, air conditioning and wireless internet. Shared facilities include lounges, study rooms (with drafting tables for architecture students), internet rooms, laundry and ironing rooms where washers and dryers are free to use, and a canteen serving breakfast and dinner. Security is 24/7 with turnstile entry by ID card, and there is a curfew — midnight on weekdays, 1am at weekends. Students can see the university's doctors and psychologists free of charge. Students holding a 100% YÖK scholarship pay less: ₺133,250–199,500 up front by room type.

The brochure states each figure is 'the minimum standard room and bed fee' and that the annual fee can vary if a different bed/room feature is chosen -- e.g. a single bed in a bunk-bed room within a 5-person room. Payment made for accommodation is not refunded if the student cancels after registering; a refund (minus a 10% deduction) is possible only if the student's Turkish residence-permit application is rejected through no fault of their own. This is a 2024-2025 brochure, the most recent version found on the university's site, so treat the figures as a floor rather than a current-year quotation.

• 3-person room, international students (VAT included)US$5,000
• 2-person room, international students (VAT included)US$6,100

A deposit of $400 is payable on top of the room fee. The university states that foreign students can only stay by paying the total price — monthly payments are not accepted from guests.

• 4-person standard room (Yurt 1)TRY 146,000
• 4-person bunk-bed room (Yurt 1)TRY 137,900

The university states these room fees cover the Fall and Spring semesters. A deposit of 15,000 TL is charged on top, and it warns that any change in VAT rates during the academic year will be reflected in the fees. The other five dormitories price the same room types at or inside this range — the most expensive room anywhere in the table is the studio at 480,000 TL, and rooms with a mini-kitchen (Yurt 4, 5 and 6) run 335,200–443,700 TL. Dormitories are single-sex or mixed depending on the building.

The lowest figure is a six-bed room in an apartment at 1st Kilyos; the highest is a two-bed apartment room at 4th Kuzey on the graduate rate. Graduate rates run above undergraduate rates in every hall that offers both. A deposit is charged once on first entry - 4,500 TL for undergraduates, 6,700 TL for graduates - and is refundable on leaving. The fee runs from the day a student moves in to the day they leave; anyone leaving after the 15th of a month pays the whole month. Summer-school residents pay the monthly rate of whatever room they occupy. The university had not published a 2026-27 table when this was collected.
