Tuition and cost coverage for 781 universities
One row per university, across 89 countries, summarising 7,831 undergraduate courses. 8,444 tuition figures sit behind it, and every one was read from the university's own published page and stored with the sentence it came from, the URL, and the date it was read.
The rule this data follows
A figure is either sourced or it is marked missing. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap. Where a university publishes only a per-credit rate and no full-time credit load, no yearly figure is produced at all rather than a plausible one being invented — which is why some rows have an empty cheapest_annual_international_usd. That emptiness is the finding, not an oversight.
Currency conversion uses a single dated rate table, so converted figures are indicative; the published figure in its own currency is the authoritative one. Each row carries the source URL and read-date behind its cheapest figure, so any row can be checked without trusting this project.

This is the summary, not the whole thing
The extract is one row per university. The per-course records — each with its own quote, archived snapshot and audience band (international, domestic, EU/EEA) — live on the site, which is always the current version. Open any course and the fee block expands to show the exact sentence on the university's own page, with a link to it and the date it was read.
