2026/27 · Same rate across the institution · All students — no separate international rate

VinUniversity publishes one listed tuition rate covering every undergraduate degree except Bachelor of Nursing and Medical Doctor, applying identically to Vietnamese and international students. A founder-funded 35% tuition subsidy is automatically granted to every admitted student (both Vietnamese and international) and holds for the whole period of study, but the sticker/listed figure is what is recorded here per this project's convention of recording the full published rate and describing conditional discounts separately; net cost after the automatic subsidy is roughly 65% of the listed figure. A one-time, non-refundable (but tuition-deductible) registration fee of 10,000,000 VND also applies.

This is VinUniversity's listed (pre-subsidy/pre-scholarship) tuition fee for the current academic year, from the university's central tuition-fee table (which also lists Medical Doctor and Other Bachelor Programs). An older FAQ page still quotes a stale 'adjusted' figure of 15,000 USD/year 'in 2021'; that superseded figure was not used.
