Fees are set by Rector's Ordinance No. 46 of 6 May 2025 as amended on 6 May 2026.

Rooms are about 20 sqm and come furnished — desk and swivel chair, two chairs, two beds, wardrobe — with bedclothes, pillow, blankets, duvets, a fridge, electric kettle, microwave, wash bowl, mirror, and wired internet and TV access. Each corridor has a kitchen with a gas/electric cooker, a bathroom with showers and WC, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryers. The campus also has a student club, canteen, parking and a Sports Centre alongside.

• Place in a twin roomPLN 680
• Single room, DS ZbyszkoPLN 840
• Single room, DS JagienkaPLN 900
• Single room with kitchenettePLN 940

A deposit of one month’s rent is payable on the day you move in. The cheapest figure is a place in a twin room; a single with its own kitchenette is the dearest. Other AMU halls set their own rates, some lower and some higher than these.

• Place in a double room, Słowianka or ParawanowiecPLN 720
• Place in a double room, DwudziestolatkaPLN 780 to PLN 810
• Place in a double room, Ołówek or KredkaPLN 870
• Single room, Słowianka or ParawanowiecPLN 1,110
• Single room, DwudziestolatkaPLN 1,170
• Single room, Ołówek or KredkaPLN 1,500

The cheapest places are shared rooms at Słowianka and Parawanowiec, the dearest a single room at Ołówek or Kredka — and single rooms are only charged at that rate if one is actually allocated to you. Students of Polish universities pay the fee without VAT; everyone else pays 8 per cent VAT on top. A night between 30 September and 1 October is billed at the holiday rate.

• Single room in a suitePLN 740
• Independent individual roomPLN 888

The page notes the number of rooms available at the dormitory is limited, and that Dormitory Nr 2 is a 10-15 minute walk from the Basic Sciences Departments and 5-10 minutes from the Clinical Departments.

• Place in a 2-person room, halls T-4/T-6PLN 740
• Place in a 2-person room, halls T-15/T-17/T-19/T-22 (plus metered water and electricity)PLN 815
• Single room, halls T-4/T-6PLN 1,085
• Single room, halls T-15/T-17/T-19/T-22 (plus metered water and electricity)PLN 1,170

The table has two columns: halls T-4 and T-6, where the charge is the fixed part only, and halls T-15, T-17, T-19 and T-22, where a variable charge for water and electricity is added on top of the figure shown. The single-room rate for doctoral students is 1170,00 zl. The 1890,00 zl 'modul' row is deliberately excluded from the range because it is the price of a whole two-person module, not a per-person rate - the same page prices a place in a two-person module separately at 1190,00 zl in the adapted rooms at T-6. Students from universities without a reciprocal agreement, and non-students, pay more on every line. PWr has 2,864 places across nine halls. CAVEAT: this first table does not print 'miesieczna'; the later tables on the same page are headed 'Oplata miesieczna'.

• Miejsce w pokoju dwuosobowym — a place in a shared double roomPLN 750
• Pokój jednoosobowy bez łazienki — single room without a bathroomPLN 860
• Pokój jednoosobowy z łazienką — single room with a bathroomPLN 980

The same rates are also published as nightly figures (35 zł, 42 zł and 37 zł a night respectively) and are repeated unchanged as the holiday-period rates (OPŁATY WAKACJE). Further charges are set out in Rector's Order no. 88/XV/R/2026 amending the student benefits regulations, which the page links to rather than reproducing.

• Medyk — double room (spot, one place in a shared double)PLN 820
• Aspirynka — double room (spot, one place in a shared double)PLN 840

• Eskulap — double room (spot), plus metered water and electricity and laundry feesPLN 1,050

• Eskulap — single room, plus metered water and electricity and laundry feesPLN 1,500
• Medyk — double room, single occupancyPLN 1,640
• Aspirynka — double room, single occupancyPLN 1,680

A dorm deposit of 2000 PLN is payable, and the monthly payment falls due by the 15th day of each month. The Karolek and Eskulap rates are marked as excluding meter charges for cold and hot water and electricity, as well as laundry fees; the Aspirynka and Medyk rates carry no such asterisk. Rates valid from July 1, 2026. Residents may also use the PUMS Central Storage facility on Marcelinska Street.

• Place in a twin room with bathroom (PUT students)PLN 950
• Place in a twin room with bathroom and kitchenette (PUT students)PLN 1,100

PUT publishes no combined tariff: each of its six dormitories has a separate price page for each room type, so no single archived page holds both the cheapest and the dearest room. Within the same scheme, single rooms in Dormitory No. 1 are 1,300 PLN with a bathroom and 1,400 PLN with a bathroom and kitchenette, while three-person rooms are cheaper - Dormitory No. 2 at 550 PLN and Dormitory No. 6 at 700 PLN - all per person per month for PUT students. Anyone who is not a PUT student or PhD student pays the higher 'Others' rate listed beside each figure. The price covers utilities, high-speed internet, laundry, gym, outdoor grills and a bike shelter; a 100 PLN reservation fee is due within five days of signing, and residents staying over 30 days leave a deposit of one month's rent. READING NOTE: the page uses a space as the thousands separator, so the twin room with bathroom and kitchenette is printed as "1 100 PLN" and means one thousand one hundred zloty, not 1.1.

Page does not label this figure 'per month' explicitly, but every other listing on the same page that does state a period (e.g. StudentSpace: '2,300 PLN per month') uses the standard Polish monthly-rent convention.

• DS. 13 — segment A2 (large, about 15 m²), bathroom in the segment, single roomPLN 860

DS. 12 and DS. 13 are single-room only, which is why they carry no two-person figure. DS. 13’s segments pair a small (about 10 m²) and a large (about 15 m²) room with a bathroom and a fitted mini kitchenette with sink and fridge. The same price list adds 100,00 zł a month for spouses and children of PG students occupying a place, and another 100,00 zł for students of other universities and 2025-2026 PG graduates admitted by the Vice-Rector; PG employees pay +200,00 zł and other non-students +300,00 zł. Short-term (doraźny najem) is 40 zł a night for PG students and 45 zł a night for exchange-placement participants, applicants and preparatory-course participants. A resident who wants a two-person room to themselves may have the second place discounted by 25% for one semester, at the Accommodation Centre manager’s discretion.
