HS Esslingen publishes this figure without stating which year it applies to, so it may already be out of date. Treat it as a starting point and check the course page for the current rate. Flag it below if you know it has changed.
Esslingen's Graduate School (International Master's Programmes) page states this per-semester rate for non-EU applicants specifically to the M.Eng. programmes; German and EU applicants pay only the enrolment fee instead. No academic year is stated on the page.

Deutschlandstipendium at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences
EUR 300 per month: EUR 150 from the company sponsor and a further EUR 150 from the government.
Eligibility: Awarded to outstanding and committed students. Esslingen states that alongside top grades, students may be awarded the scholarship if they have shown social commitment and attained special personal achievements; biographical challenges are also weighed. Applications need a one-page covering letter, a tabular CV and current academic records. Anyone already receiving aptitude- and performance-based material support averaging EUR 30 or more per month cannot hold a Deutschlandstipendium.
Esslingen has offered the scholarship since 2011. The application phase runs mid-May to mid-June, with review and ranking from mid-June to mid-August. Cited to the university's sponsor-facing page, which is where Esslingen states the split and the amount — its student-facing Deutschlandstipendium page describes the criteria and timeline but gives no figure. No numeric grade threshold is published, so none is recorded here.
