UCL prices its overseas fee per programme; this course sits in its computer science band (£48,600 per year for 2027/28). UK students pay £10,050. International undergraduates have a cohort guarantee, so the fee is not increased during the programme. UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship
Up to 33 awards for 2026/27: 10 covering full tuition fees plus a maintenance allowance and a fixed allowance for costs such as the Immigration Health Surcharge and visa fees; 20 covering full tuition fees only; and 3 (reserved for applicants from India) covering full tuition fees. Valid for the standard duration of the undergraduate programme.
Eligibility: Prospective international (overseas fee-status) applicants to any full-time UCL Undergraduate degree, from a low-income household. UCL generally uses a threshold of £42,875 or less annual household income as a guide, though applications above this may still be considered. Selection is based entirely on financial need; no academic grade threshold is published. Applicant must have submitted a UCL admission application for 2026/27 entry. Deadline 5pm BST, Monday 27 April 2026.
Competitive and need-based, not grade-gated. Requires a separate scholarship application via Portico once fee status is confirmed; incomplete or late applications are not considered. Checked in a browser on 11 Sep 2026: the page still describes only the 2026/27 round, whose deadline (27 April 2026) and notification date (3 June 2026) have both passed. UCL has not published 2027/28 terms, so a 2027-entry applicant should expect these figures to be restated rather than treat them as open.
