UCL prices its overseas fee per programme; this course sits in its computer science band (£48,600 per year for 2027/28). UK students pay £10,050. International undergraduates have a cohort guarantee, so the fee is not increased during the programme. • UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship

Up to 33 awards for 2026/27: 10 covering full tuition fees plus a maintenance allowance and a fixed allowance for costs such as the Immigration Health Surcharge and visa fees; 20 covering full tuition fees only; and 3 (reserved for applicants from India) covering full tuition fees. Valid for the standard duration of the undergraduate programme.

Eligibility: Prospective international (overseas fee-status) applicants to any full-time UCL Undergraduate degree, from a low-income household. UCL generally uses a threshold of £42,875 or less annual household income as a guide, though applications above this may still be considered. Selection is based entirely on financial need; no academic grade threshold is published. Applicant must have submitted a UCL admission application for 2026/27 entry. Deadline 5pm BST, Monday 27 April 2026.

Competitive and need-based, not grade-gated. Requires a separate scholarship application via Portico once fee status is confirmed; incomplete or late applications are not considered. Checked in a browser on 11 Sep 2026: the page still describes only the 2026/27 round, whose deadline (27 April 2026) and notification date (3 June 2026) have both passed. UCL has not published 2027/28 terms, so a 2027-entry applicant should expect these figures to be restated rather than treat them as open.

fall semester, 2025 · Same rate across the institution · International students

EPFL and ETH Zurich share the same governing body (the ETH Board) and the same 2024 policy: from the 2025 fall semester, tuition triples for students who take up residence in Switzerland specifically for their studies (or who reside in neither Switzerland nor Liechtenstein) -- from CHF 730/semester to CHF 2190/semester. Swiss nationals, and anyone who already resided in Switzerland before starting at EPFL for work, family reunification, or protection (refugee) reasons, are NOT subject to the tripling and pay the base CHF 730/semester. EPFL assigns the tier based on nationality/residence history. On top of tuition, every student also pays CHF 25 AGEPoly membership (refundable if declined), CHF 16 sports-facilities contribution and CHF 9 social-fund contribution -- CHF 2240/semester all-in for a tripled-tuition student per EPFL's own total. A single flat rate covers every EPFL Bachelor's (and Master's) programme; this is not a figure set per degree.

2027/28 · Same rate across the institution · International students

PolyU charges one flat non-local rate across every full-time government-funded Bachelor's Degree programme, so this is institution-wide rather than programme-specific; this programme's own 2027 page lists it as Government-Funded. PolyU's word for this population is "non-local": a student who needs a student visa / entry permit to study in Hong Kong, an IANG visa, or a dependant visa issued at age 18 or above. It rises from HK$200,000 for 2026/27 entry. Payable in two equal instalments; every new student also pays a non-refundable HK$20,000 initial fee that becomes part of the first semester's tuition.

Show the fee on the university's site

PolyU prints the two undergraduate rates side by side on its fees page: HKD49,500 per academic year for local students and HKD240,000 for non-local students, which is the rate recorded above. The same page puts average spending for a non-local student at around HKD330,272 per academic year: tuition HK$240,000, university-managed accommodation HK$18,515 (the 2026/27 rent; 2027/28 lodging fees are still to be announced), basic meal charges at campus catering outlets HK$53,040 and personal expenses HK$18,717. From the second year, non-local students arrange their own accommodation outside the Student Halls.

  • Deutschlandstipendium (RWTH Education Fund)

EUR 300 per month plus a non-monetary framework programme, for at least two semesters starting in the winter semester; renewal is possible.

Eligibility: Open to RWTH students and prospective students who have not exceeded the standard period of study of their degree programme in either semester of the funding period. Awarded on excellent past achievement and outstanding potential, judged in a two-stage procedure in which faculty experts rank applicants by subject area and the faculties recommend a candidate list.

Applications open in June each year for the following winter semester. RWTH states that around 359 scholarship holders currently receive the grant under the Education Fund umbrella, and that roughly 20 percent of applicants have been awarded a scholarship each year. Students moving from a bachelor's to a master's degree at RWTH must re-apply. RWTH publishes no numeric grade threshold for this award, so none is recorded here. RWTH separately runs scholarships aimed specifically at international students (STIBET-funded awards for particularly involved international students, degree-completion grants, and an equal-opportunity scholarship) via its International Office.

International tuition

€300 per year

Verified

2026/2027 · Same rate across the institution · International students

Sapienza charges one flat annual contribution to students whose income is earned abroad (and who therefore cannot file an Italian ISEE), banded by country. The 300 EUR figure recorded here is Band A, the lowest of three bands and the one that covers most of the world's international student population — Sapienza's own Art. 38 fee schedule lists Band A as including, among many others, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Brazil, Morocco, Kenya and South Africa. Band B (Turkey, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Iran and others) is EUR 700 a year and Band C (the high-income countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Australia, Canada, the US, the UK and most of western Europe) is EUR 1,500 a year. A student's band follows where their household income is declared, not their passport alone, so check the Art. 38 list rather than assuming. On top of the contribution, every enrolled student also pays a regional tax and stamp duty, and every applicant pays a non-refundable EUR 30 pre-selection application fee per application (maximum two applications per intake, no waivers). The contribution is a flat rate: Sapienza's regulations state that students paying it cannot then also claim ISEE-based reductions.

  • RMIT Future Leaders Scholarship

A 20% tuition fee reduction for the duration of the eligible program, as set out in the offer letter. Continues each year as long as satisfactory academic progress is maintained; academic progress is reviewed at the release of Semester Two results each year.

Eligibility: Open to citizens of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal or Pakistan (including dual citizens holding one of those passports) who hold or apply for a valid student visa and have an offer letter to commence a Bachelor degree or Masters by Coursework at RMIT in Melbourne from the 2026 intakes onwards. Not open to existing RMIT students commencing another program at the same study level. No separate scholarship application is required.

RMIT states it awarded 4616 scholarships to international students in 2025, of which 3750 were Future Leaders scholarships. Applicants must not already hold another RMIT-funded or Australia Awards scholarship covering tuition fees. RMIT does not publish a grade threshold for this award and does not describe the selection as merit- or need-assessed, so no basis or grade bar is recorded here.

  • RMIT Academic Merit Scholarship for South East Asia

A 20% tuition fee reduction for the duration of the eligible course, as set out in the offer letter. Applies to tuition fees only.

Eligibility: Open to citizens of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste or Vietnam applying offshore from one of those countries, who hold a full or conditional offer for an eligible RMIT award (including a Bachelor's degree or a Masters by Coursework) and are not already an RMIT student. Applicants must have achieved an Australian equivalent grade GPA of 2.5, or a 70% average, or ATAR 75 in the qualifying qualification at the time of application.

RMIT's terms and conditions for this award state that scholarship selection is based on academic merit, which is why the basis is recorded as merit. The award has limited availability and is granted first-come, first-served; the offer must be accepted and a deposit paid within 14 days of the offer letter. The entry bar is published as three alternatives on three different scales (Australian-equivalent GPA 2.5, 70% average, or ATAR 75) with no single scale stated for the GPA figure, so it is described in prose rather than recorded as a numeric bar. Excluded degrees are AD023 Associate Degree in Aviation (Professional Pilots) and BP345 Bachelor of Aviation (Pilot Training), neither of which is listed here.

QS #147Khalifa UniversityAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

BSc · 4 years · Data Science & AI, Engineering (General), Robotics

International tuition

AED 2,500 per credit unit

Published, undated

Same rate across the institution · All students — no separate international rate

Khalifa University publishes this figure without stating which year it applies to, so it may already be out of date. Treat it as a starting point and check the course page for the current rate. Flag it below if you know it has changed.

Same rate for UAE nationals and international students, for every Bachelor of Science programme. Works out to roughly AED 81,250/year over a normal 4-year, 130-credit BSc.

Show the fee on the university's site

Khalifa University publishes undergraduate tuition as a per-credit-hour rate: AED 2,500 per credit hour for every Bachelor of Science programme, the same rate for UAE nationals and international students. Its own Fee and Payment Guidelines page puts the estimated cost of a BSc at AED 81,250 per year over a normal 4-year duration (roughly USD 22,100 a year at 2026 exchange rates, or about AED 325,000 over the 130-credit degree). This is recorded here as prose rather than as a structured tuition figure because neither the tuition-fees page nor the fee-and-payment guidelines states which academic year the rate applies to, and this project does not infer a fee’s validity period. Costs beyond tuition, all published on the same page: undergraduate on-campus housing at AED 20,000 per Fall or Spring term for single occupancy in a double room, or AED 10,000 per term for double occupancy; weekend return transport beyond 80 km at AED 2,000 per semester; and a AED 5,000 seat-holding deposit that is credited against the first tuition payment (non-refundable if the student does not enrol). International students on a KU scholarship tier pay a reduced share of this — see the scholarships recorded below.

  • Khalifa University Scholarship for International Students — Tier I

Full coverage of tuition fees, plus textbooks provided by the University.

Eligibility: Awarded to international students admitted to a full-time undergraduate programme. Eligibility is assessed as part of the admission process (no separate application); international applicants are mapped to a tier on the basis of academic merit and other factors. Places are limited and meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee an award.

KU does not publish a numeric grade bar for the tiers on this page. Its undergraduate-programs page describes what appears to be the same full award as the "President’s Scholarship", requiring recipients to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher — recorded separately below with its own citation. No coveragePercentage is recorded here because the page states "Full coverage" in words rather than as a percentage.

  • President's Scholarship (full scholarship for international students)

100% of tuition fees, in both the College of Engineering and the College of Science.

Eligibility: A limited number of full scholarships for international students with outstanding academic performance and personal qualities; highly competitive. Recipients must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher while at Khalifa University to keep 100% coverage — the same page shows coverage stepping down to 75% at CGPA 3.0-3.29 and 50% at CGPA 2.0-2.99.

minimumGPA is deliberately not recorded: KU states the bar as "a cumulative GPA of 3.3" without ever naming the scale it sits on, and this project does not infer a GPA scale. Read the 3.3 figure off KU’s own page. KU separately publishes a partial "Khalifa University Scholarship" (CGPA 3.0+ = 50% of tuition in Engineering, 75% in Science; CGPA 2.5-2.99 = 25%/50%; CGPA 2.0-2.49 = 10%/25%) and a "Self-pay Scholarship" for students who reach a first-year CGPA of 3.8 or above (20% in Engineering, 30% in Science) on this same page.

A SEPARATE, compulsory Tuition Fee of 79,500 Baht/semester is also charged to foreign students in the same cohort band on the same page, making the true combined regular-semester cost approximately 163,500 Baht. Note that earlier Robotics AI cohorts (student-ID prefixes 61-62) paid a different, higher Program Fee band (128,500 Baht/semester) on this same page; the 84,000 figure recorded here is specifically the current ('65 onwards') band. A Summer Semester rate (42,000 Baht Program Fee + 44,630 Baht Tuition Fee) also applies. • FAU Deutschlandstipendium

EUR 300 per month, initially for up to two semesters (a winter semester and the following summer semester). Extensions to the end of the standard duration of study are possible but require a new application.

Eligibility: Open to students enrolled on a bachelor's, master's or State Examination degree programme at FAU with an IdM username; doctoral candidates and exchange students cannot apply, nor can anyone already receiving other performance-based gifted-student funding of more than EUR 30 per month. Achievement is the main requirement: a first-time undergraduate applicant must have an average grade of 1.5 or better in their university entrance qualification, and an applicant in a higher semester must show an average of 2.0 or better in the achievements required up to the previous semester (both on the German 1–6 grading scale, where 1.0 is best). Volunteer work, experience abroad and special personal factors are also weighed.

Half is funded by the federal government and half by private supporters — companies, foundations, alumni and friends of FAU. Applications run through campo, once per year; the winter semester 2026/2027 window ran 15 June to 15 July 2026. Maximum funding duration can be extended on request for a disability, pregnancy, caring responsibilities or a study period abroad. FAU's grade bars are published on the German 1–6 scale, on which a lower number is better; they are stated in the criteria prose rather than in minimumGPA because that field is matched against applicant grades on higher-is-better scales and recording 1.5 there would invert the comparison.

2026/27 · Faculty-wide rate · Non-EU students

UC3M prices non-EU undergraduate tuition in bands by "Type of Studies" rather than per degree; this degree is listed in the Type 2 band. The page publishes both a per-credit rate (128,57 € per ECTS credit) and the total for a first enrolment of 60 credits (7.714,20 €), which is one full-time academic year — a UC3M bachelor's is 240 ECTS over four years. This rate applies only to international students without Spanish/EU resident status; EU nationals and residents pay the lower public price on a separate page. Administrative fees, school insurance and (for new students) a record-opening fee are charged on top, and UC3M states the total cannot be less than 350 euros. Repeating a failed subject is charged at a higher rate.

Applicants schooled outside the EU (and outside the countries Spain has an agreement with) must pass at least three of them to obtain the UNEDasiss baccalaureate-modality accreditation needed to apply in the first round; the PCE grades then feed the admission grade UC3M ranks candidates on, up to 14 points.

Academic offer

Applicants schooled outside the EU, or in a country Spain has no admission agreement with, must first have their school studies recognised in the Spanish system by the Spanish Ministry of Education and obtain a UNEDasiss accreditation. Admission is then by ranked grade: the high-school average and UNED competence-test results produce an access grade out of 10, raised to a maximum of 14 by weighted subject grades, and places go to the highest scores against each degree’s cut-off.

  • Flinders Vice-Chancellor Excellence Scholarship

A 50% reduction in tuition fees for the duration of the course.

Eligibility: For new international students: undergraduate applicants require an equivalent minimum ATAR of 95 or above, postgraduate applicants an equivalent of 6.5 GPA or above. The award is competitive and confirmed through a selection process; shortlisted applicants complete a video submission outlining their suitability. Successful recipients must take part in the Flinders International Ambassador Program and support Flinders in promoting the university globally.

Flinders introduces this group of awards as "designed to recognise international students with high academic performance and the potential to make a positive contribution to Flinders and the global community", and describes this one as a competitive award confirmed through a selection process — achievement and contribution, with no financial-need test, so merit rather than both. The academic bars are an ATAR (a 0–99.95 rank, not a percentage) and a Flinders-equivalent GPA whose scale the page does not state, so neither is recorded as a numeric bar. Applications for the Semester 2, 2026 round closed on Friday 17 April 2026; the scholarship recurs each intake.

    Source
  • Flinders Global Scholarship

A 25% reduction in tuition fees for the duration of the course.

Eligibility: For new international students who achieve an ATAR (or equivalent) between 70.00 and 79.95 and exceed the minimum course entry score by 5 points; or achieve an overall 70 to 79 in the Flinders University Academy International Foundation Studies Program and exceed the minimum course entry score by 5 points; or achieve a Flinders equivalent GPA of 5.50 or above for postgraduate entry or tertiary transfer into an eligible undergraduate course. No separate application — eligibility is determined during course application assessment and confirmed in the offer letter.

Recorded as merit because the award's only qualifying test is an academic score band, and Flinders introduces this family of awards as "designed to recognise international students with high academic performance". Bars are stated as ATAR ranks and Flinders-equivalent GPAs rather than percentages, so no numeric bar is recorded. Flinders excludes Bachelor of Clinical Science/Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Nursing (Graduate Entry), Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Doctor of Medicine, Master of Psychology (Clinical), Master of Physiotherapy, Master by Research and Doctor of Philosophy — none of which are on StudyPath.

    Source
  • Flinders Global Excellence Scholarship

A 30% reduction in tuition fees for the duration of the course.

Eligibility: For new international students who achieve a minimum ATAR (or equivalent) of 80.00 or above; or an overall grade of 80 and above in the Flinders University Academy International Foundation Studies Program; or a Flinders equivalent GPA of 6.00 or above for postgraduate entry or tertiary transfer into an eligible undergraduate course. No separate application — eligibility is determined during course application assessment and confirmed in the offer letter.

The higher tier of the same scheme as the Global Scholarship, qualifying on a higher academic band. Recorded as merit for the same reason: the sole qualifying test is academic achievement and Flinders describes the family as recognising "high academic performance". Bars are ATAR ranks and Flinders-equivalent GPAs, not percentages, so no numeric bar is recorded. Same course exclusions as the Global Scholarship; none apply to the programs on StudyPath.

    Source
  • Flinders Kickstart Scholarship

A 20% reduction in tuition fees for the duration of the course.

Eligibility: Available to new international students of any nationality commencing a coursework course at Flinders (citizens of Australia and New Zealand, Australian permanent residents and other permanent visa holders are ineligible). Applicants need only meet the entry criteria for the course they wish to study. Not available to applicants transferring in with more than one third of the course total unit value as credit from another institution.

Basis left unset: unlike the other three Flinders awards, the Kickstart Scholarship states no academic band and no financial test — meeting the course entry requirements as a commencing full-fee international student is the whole of it. Students who deferred because of a visa refusal or delay still count as commencing students. Flinders excludes Bachelor of Clinical Science/Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Nursing (Graduate Entry), Doctor of Medicine, Master of Psychology (Clinical), Master of Professional Psychology, Master of Physiotherapy, Master by Research and Doctor of Philosophy — none of which are on StudyPath.

students admitted in 2026 · Same rate across the institution · Non-EU students

One rate covers every Tampere University bachelor’s programme, so this is institution-wide rather than priced per degree; each programme page repeats it as "Tuition fee for non-EU/EEA citizens — Bachelor’s — 10000 € per academic year". The same page states who pays: "you are citizen of a country outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, and study in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme taught in English." EU/EEA and Swiss citizens are therefore not charged tuition at all. The page dates the figure only as being for "students admitted in 2026" — no academic year is printed anywhere against it, and no figure for the January 2027 round (which is the next open one) is published yet, so the period label carries the university’s own wording rather than an inferred year. Admission is to a combined 3-year Bachelor of Science (Tech) plus 2-year Master of Science (Tech); the €12,000 master’s rate applies once the bachelor’s stage is complete. The fee does not cover the compulsory Student Union (TREY) membership fee or the student healthcare fee.

For bachelor’s applicants admitted from the waiting list it is available only if two or more weeks remain before the deadline for accepting the place.

A prompt-payment discount rather than a merit award, but it is a named, concretely-stated reduction that changes what a fee-paying student actually pays in year one, so it is recorded here. coveragePercentage is deliberately unset — the page states a flat €2,000, not a percentage, and converting it would be this project doing arithmetic the university did not publish.

Group II (certificate-based) is open only to holders of the Finnish matriculation examination, the IB or EB diploma, or a Reifeprüfung/DIA completed in Finland — so an applicant holding any other foreign school-leaving qualification has only the SAT/ACT route, and in practice the test is required for most international applicants. required: false records only that the university does not state it as universally mandatory. Priced for this course · All students — no separate international rate

TalTech publishes this figure without stating which year it applies to, so it may already be out of date. Treat it as a starting point and check the course page for the current rate. Flag it below if you know it has changed.

Estonian-language, full-time (nominaalkoormus) study at TalTech carries no tuition at all, for Estonians and international students alike - the page's own study-organisation block reads "Koormus nominaalkoormusega tasuta, osakoormusega tasuline" (at nominal load, free; at partial load, fee-paying). The condition is real and worth stating to a reader: a student who drops below the nominal load loses the free place and is billed per credit, and TalTech's rules put that rate at 40 EUR per unfinished ECTS. Entry requires Estonian, since the whole curriculum is taught in it. No academic year is printed against the statement - only the application window (1 March - 6 July 2026) - so the figure is recorded undated, exactly as TalTech's fifteen other Estonian-taught bachelor entries on StudyPath already are.

Show the fee on the university's site

TalTech’s published rate schedule levies its semester fee on programmes taught in English, and prices part-time study in Estonian-taught programmes separately, per ECTS credit. This programme is listed only in TalTech’s Estonian-language admissions section and its entrance exam is in Estonian, so the semester fee recorded on TalTech’s English-taught programmes here very likely does not apply to it — but TalTech states the teaching language on neither the live nor the archived programme page, so no figure, including zero, is recorded rather than inferring it.
