Counts every course in this subject, in any language of instruction, bachelor's and master's alike. The list below starts with English-taught courses only, so it will normally be shorter — untick that filter to see the rest. It also follows the Studying for picker above it, so it shows fewer again once a level is chosen.

Non-subsidised rate: what an international student pays WITHOUT the MOE Tuition Grant. With the Tuition Grant the same programme costs S$18,050/year (ASEAN nationals) or S$21,400/year (all other international students), but the grant carries a bond — non-Singaporean recipients must serve a three-year service obligation with a Singapore entity after graduating. The page states subsidised international and non-subsidised fees are inclusive of GST (prevailing GST 9%); Singapore Citizen/PR fees are exclusive of GST. NUS prices per College/Faculty/School rather than per degree: Business Analytics is a School of Computing programme, so the 'Computing' row applies — not the 'Business' row (S$33,400). Cohort-based — this rate applies to the AY2026/2027 intake for their whole candidature.

100% coverage of subsidised undergraduate tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant), plus an S$6,000 annual living allowance, an S$1,750 one-time computer allowance, an S$200 one-time settling-in allowance, an annual accommodation allowance equivalent to the lowest double-room on-campus rate, and a travel allowance for incoming/return passage.
Eligibility: Open to citizens of an Asian country or region (excluding Singapore) applying for full-time admission to an undergraduate programme in Computing, Engineering (excluding Infrastructure and Project Management), or Science (excluding Environmental Studies and Pharmacy) at NUS. Selection is based on strong leadership qualities and potential, an excellent co-curricular activities record, and outstanding high school results; candidates are automatically considered through their NUS admission application, with no separate scholarship application. Transfer applicants are not eligible. Renewed every semester provided the recipient maintains a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.50 (or equivalent) and good conduct; recipients must take up the MOE Tuition Grant, which carries a six-year bond to a Singapore-registered company after graduation.
NUS also offers a broader NUS International Undergraduate Scholarship (open to citizens of any country except Singapore, any undergraduate programme) with a comparable 100%-tuition-plus-allowances structure; the S&T award is the STEM-specific one and is used here because it covers this programme.

100% coverage of subsidised undergraduate tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant), plus an S$5,800 annual living allowance, an S$1,750 one-time computer allowance, and an S$5,000 annual accommodation allowance.
Eligibility: Open to citizens of any country except Singapore, applying for full-time admission to any undergraduate degree programme at NUS. Selection is based on strong leadership qualities and potential, an outstanding co-curricular activities record, and outstanding high school results; candidates are automatically considered through their NUS admission application, with no separate scholarship application. Transfer applicants are not eligible. Renewed every semester provided the recipient maintains a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.5 (or equivalent), or grades within the top 80% of cohort for Dentistry/Law/Medicine, and good conduct; recipients must take up the MOE Tuition Grant, which carries a three-year bond to a Singapore-registered company after graduation (five/six years for Dentistry/Medicine respectively).
NUS's Information Systems major is not on the eligible-programme list for the more generous, STEM-restricted Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship, so this broader, all-programme award is the one that applies to it.

HKU charges one flat non-local (international) undergraduate rate across its non-STEM Faculties and Schools — HKD 224,000/year for the 2026-27 cohort — which the fees page lists as Architecture, Arts, Business and Economics, Education, Law, Social Sciences and the School of Future Media. Every HKU Business School undergraduate degree therefore sits on this rate, not the HKD 249,000 STEM rate the university's engineering and science degrees carry. HKU's own term for this population is 'Non-local Students' rather than 'international'. HKU separately estimates living expenses at up to HKD 50,000 per year. Programme note: Two degrees admitted under one programme code (6781): BBA(Acc&Fin) and BBA(Accounting Data Analytics). Both are accredited under the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme.

International students admitted as Penn financial aid recipients receive need-based aid covering 100% of demonstrated need, the same as domestic students. However, Penn is need-aware (not need-blind) for international applicants: ability to pay factors into the admissions decision itself, and financial aid must be requested at the time of application — it cannot be requested later if a student is admitted without it.

UNSW prints two fee blocks on each course page. The lower one ($17,500 first year / $51,000 to complete for this degree) is the Commonwealth Supported Place student contribution, which only Australian/New Zealand citizens and permanent residents can hold; the figure recorded here is the second block, the full international fee. UNSW states it is "based on an estimated average using historical student enrolment patterns", and that the amount actually paid varies with the calendar year of enrolment, the courses chosen and the study load. UNSW's full-degree international estimate is $180,500, which it says includes roughly $1,000 per year of study-related costs on top of tuition. EUR 300 per month plus contact with TUM's industry and cooperation partners, for a period based on the standard period of study. Half is financed by the federal government and half by a sponsor from industry or the private sector.
Eligibility: Open to bachelor's and master's students at TUM and to school leavers about to begin studying at TUM. Explicitly not purely merit-based: TUM states that grades alone are not decisive and that the award rewards students who take on responsibility, show commitment, or master their personal path in life.
TUM awards Deutschlandstipendium scholarships at large scale — more than 9,600 TUM students have received financial and non-material support under the programme since it began. Scholarship holders also join the Ideal support programme of events with foundations and companies. No numeric grade threshold is published, so none is recorded here.

KU Leuven does not publish a static per-programme tuition figure anywhere on its site — the interactive tuition-fee tool linked from its official fees page is the only way to get a programme-specific number (see also the Bachelor of Business Administration course, which explains the same gap). This figure was read directly off that tool with a non-EEA nationality (United States) selected. In the tool the programme is listed under its full formal name, "Business Engineering (joint degree with UCLouvain-Saint-Louis Bruxelles)" — confirmed as the same Bachelor of Business Engineering programme by its own KU Leuven page, which states it "is a joint English-taught programme organised by the Faculty of Economics and Business of KU Leuven and the Faculty of Economics, Social and Political Sciences and Communication of UCLouvain Saint-Louis – Bruxelles", with students attending courses and exams at both institutions for a joint degree. Unlike the flat fixed-cost-plus-per-credit bands published on KU Leuven's own tuition fee breakdown page for its standard programmes, this joint degree carries its own distinct flat rate not matching any of those four bands, consistent with it being priced separately as a joint arrangement with a non-Flemish university.
▸Show how this figure was checked
KU Leuven publishes its 2026-2027 tuition tariffs as a table of four bands — each a fixed cost plus an amount per credit, billed on 60 credits — but does not publish anywhere which band a given programme and nationality falls into: that is only revealed by its interactive tuition-fee tool. No programme-specific figure is therefore citable from a static page, so no headline fee is recorded here rather than guessing a band. The top band, EUR 9,493.92 for a 60-credit year, is the one KU Leuven's Institute of Philosophy quotes for non-EEA citizens, but that is a different faculty and is not evidence for this degree.
