Non-subsidised rate: what an international student pays WITHOUT the MOE Tuition Grant. With the Tuition Grant the same programme costs S$21,150/year (ASEAN nationals) or S$22,200/year (all other international students), but the grant carries a bond — non-Singaporean recipients must serve a three-year service obligation with a Singapore entity after graduating. The page states subsidised international and non-subsidised fees are inclusive of GST (prevailing GST 9%). NUS prices per College/Faculty/School rather than per degree, so the 'Business' row applies to this NUS Business School degree; the separate 'Business [BSc (Real Estate)]' row is priced lower. Cohort-based — this rate applies to the AY2026/2027 intake for their whole candidature.

Monash publishes this figure without stating which year it applies to, so it may already be out of date. Treat it as a starting point and check the course page for the current rate. Flag it below if you know it has changed.

Australian fee years run to the calendar year, so Monash labels this rate 2026 rather than an academic year spanning two years; the page says fees are subject to change annually and that the displayed figure is based on 2026 rates and should be used as a guide. The figure is the full-time load of 48 credit points; taking fewer or more points changes it proportionally. Tuition only — Overseas Student Health Cover, the Student Services and Amenities Fee where it applies, books and living costs are extra.

Monash notes that a Student Services and Amenities Fee applies to some students each calendar year, on top of tuition. Its fee page does not say which students, so it is worth checking against your own enrolment before budgeting.

Current Monash students, Australian Year 12 students, Monash Pathway (Monash College / Foundation Year) students and entrants to the Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine are not eligible.

  • Monash International Study Grant

A grant of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 AUD depending on the outcome of the assessment. Recipients must study at least an 18 credit point load per semester to keep the grant.

Eligibility: For applicants from Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka or Nepal applying for a Monash University Australia undergraduate or Masters course. Applicants are assessed automatically once they hold a full offer letter to study at a Monash Australia campus and meet the academic entry requirements. Students already receiving another scholarship or sponsorship that pays part or all of their fees are not eligible, and the grants are not available to transnational-education or sponsored students.

Basis left unset. Monash says the grants are "awarded based on select eligibility criteria" — study level, meeting the academic entry requirements, and location — which is a list of gates rather than a claim that the strongest applicants are chosen; "must meet academic entry requirements" is the ordinary admission bar, not a merit test. Monash also notes that "Some courses may be excluded" without publishing the list, so eligibility for a specific degree should be confirmed with the university. The number of 2026-commencement grants was stated as limited.

PolyU's word for this population is "non-local": a student who needs a student visa / entry permit to study in Hong Kong, an IANG visa, or a dependant visa issued at age 18 or above. It rises from HK$200,000 for 2026/27 entry. Payable in two equal instalments; every new student also pays a non-refundable HK$20,000 initial fee that becomes part of the first semester's tuition.

This is the 2025/26 figure as published by Universiti Malaya. An earlier academic year than the one now running. Fees usually rise, so treat it as a floor and check the course page for the current rate.

Taken from UM's own "Fee Structure, Bachelor Programme, Tuition Fee (RM) (International)" sheet, headed "Academic session 2025/2026" and "Updated as of October 2025" - the 2025/26 published rate, not a 2026/27 one. The figure is the total for the whole programme, not a yearly rate: the sheet states "Fees structure is based on minimum or common period of study" and fees are "charged is subject to students' registration each semester", so it is normally paid in semester instalments.
