Non-subsidised rate: what an international student pays WITHOUT the MOE Tuition Grant. With the Tuition Grant the same programme costs S$21,150/year (ASEAN nationals) or S$22,200/year (all other international students), but the grant carries a bond — non-Singaporean recipients must serve a three-year service obligation with a Singapore entity after graduating. The page states subsidised international and non-subsidised fees are inclusive of GST (prevailing GST 9%). NUS prices per College/Faculty/School rather than per degree, so the 'Business' row applies to this NUS Business School degree; the separate 'Business [BSc (Real Estate)]' row is priced lower. Cohort-based — this rate applies to the AY2026/2027 intake for their whole candidature.

PolyU charges one flat non-local rate across every full-time government-funded Bachelor's Degree programme, so this is institution-wide rather than programme-specific; this programme's own 2027 page lists it as Government-Funded. PolyU's word for this population is "non-local": a student who needs a student visa / entry permit to study in Hong Kong, an IANG visa, or a dependant visa issued at age 18 or above. It rises from HK$200,000 for 2026/27 entry. Payable in two equal instalments; every new student also pays a non-refundable HK$20,000 initial fee that becomes part of the first semester's tuition.

PolyU prints the two undergraduate rates side by side on its fees page: HKD49,500 per academic year for local students and HKD240,000 for non-local students, which is the rate recorded above. The same page puts average spending for a non-local student at around HKD330,272 per academic year: tuition HK$240,000, university-managed accommodation HK$18,515 (the 2026/27 rent; 2027/28 lodging fees are still to be announced), basic meal charges at campus catering outlets HK$53,040 and personal expenses HK$18,717. From the second year, non-local students arrange their own accommodation outside the Student Halls.

This is the 2025/26 figure as published by Universiti Malaya. An earlier academic year than the one now running. Fees usually rise, so treat it as a floor and check the course page for the current rate.
Taken from UM's own "Fee Structure, Bachelor Programme, Tuition Fee (RM) (International)" sheet, headed "Academic session 2025/2026" and "Updated as of October 2025" - the 2025/26 published rate, not a 2026/27 one. The figure is the total for the whole programme, not a yearly rate: the sheet states "Fees structure is based on minimum or common period of study" and fees are "charged is subject to students' registration each semester", so it is normally paid in semester instalments. The sheet also states fees are subject to change and exclude accommodation, and UM notes elsewhere that the figure is not inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST).

Flat total fee for the entire M.Sc. programme at HECTOR School -- KIT's fee-charging, work-integrated executive-education arm, run on its own kit.edu subdomain (hectorschool.kit.edu) -- charged identically to every student regardless of nationality. This is a SEPARATE fee schedule from, and not covered by, KIT's ordinary Baden-Wurttemberg non-EU tuition policy (EUR 1,500/semester) recorded on KIT's standard-track programmes elsewhere on StudyPath. Paid in four equal installments per HECTOR School's own costs & fees page, and excludes a further KIT enrollment fee of approx. EUR 201.50/semester payable each semester of enrollment. The same flat EUR 36,000 figure is stated for every HECTOR School M.Sc. programme, not specific to Production and Operations Management.

Deutschlandstipendium at KIT
EUR 300 per month for a whole year, regardless of the student's or their parents' income — half from the state and half from private sponsors. Holders also join a network of sponsors and other scholarship holders. Re-application for further funding is possible, and the award does not count towards BAföG.
Eligibility: Open to all students and first-year students of all disciplines at KIT (students of the HECTOR School, the Carl Benz School of Engineering and the Studienkolleg are excluded). Awarded on a record that points to outstanding academic achievement, but explicitly not on grades alone: social commitment — in associations, university politics, church or political organisations — and special personal circumstances also count.
Applications open every April for the coming scholarship year. KIT usually awards around 300 scholarships, and awarded 345 in winter semester 2024/25. HECTOR School students are explicitly EXCLUDED from this scholarship per KIT's own careerservice page -- included here for completeness/comparison with other KIT entries on StudyPath, but it does not actually apply to this programme's students. No numeric grade threshold is published, so none is recorded here.

Dalhousie General Entrance Awards
Amounts range from roughly $1,000 for the first year up to $80,000 over four years, depending on the applicant's qualifications and circumstances. Dalhousie's Sankofa Scholarships, for example, are worth $48,000 to an international recipient ($12,000 a year renewable for four years).
Eligibility: Open to students applying directly from high school (or mature students with no transferable post-secondary study) who are applying to start in the Fall term and meet the academic requirements — typically an 80% average or 26 predicted/anticipated IB points, calculated on the five courses required for the program applied to. Dalhousie states plainly that "All students—domestic and international—are eligible to apply". Transfer students are generally not eligible. Applicants submit the General Entrance Award application; some awards need a further separate application. Dalhousie assesses each student individually on their full application.
This is the clearest `both` case in the sweep, and the reason the field has three values rather than two. Dalhousie publishes a single "Selection criteria" list for its entrance awards which reads: "Entrance awards are awarded based on a combination of: Academic achievement / Leadership and initiative / Extracurricular involvement / Community service / Financial need / Cultural identity". Achievement and financial need are weighed together for the same award, in the university's own words, so `both` is recorded rather than picking one. No numeric grade bar: Dalhousie writes "typically an 80% average", and "typically" is not a stated minimum.
