Bayerisches Stipendium (Bavarian scholarship for international students) at TH Rosenheim
A semester scholarship, funded from an allocation by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts. TH Rosenheim does not publish the amount paid, so none is recorded here.
Eligibility: For international students taking a full degree (bachelor's or master's) at TH Rosenheim who are in financial need and achieve good academic results. The 2026 call asked for very good grades — up to 2.0 on the German 1–6 scale, where 1.0 is best — together with evidence of income. Applications are made by sending the university's scholarship application form and supporting documents as a single PDF to the International Office.
The call is published each summer semester, in May or June, on the TH Rosenheim dashboard; the 2026 deadline was 2 June 2026. This is recorded rather than a Deutschlandstipendium because TH Rosenheim does not run one — its other listed routes (Max Weber Programm, Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes) are external foundations that require the university to nominate the student rather than awards TH Rosenheim makes. The grade bar is on the German scale where a lower number is better, so it is stated in prose rather than in minimumGPA, which is matched against higher-is-better scales.
